    Welcome to ManLeigh

At ManLeigh, we believe in organic growth and genuine connections. Our outreach forms the foundation of everything we do—a place where men can unwind over a brew, a biscuit, or even a slice of cake. For those who prefer a healthier option, fresh bananas and apples are always available.

ManLeigh has no set agenda. We talk about anything and everything, valuing each other's opinions as much as our own. It’s a space to learn—or even relearn—the social skills that are so essential in life. Friendships develop naturally as people get to know one another. Sessions often start as one group and gradually flow into smaller, more personal conversations, whether between a couple of people or in small groups united by shared interests.

Our gatherings vary in size, from about 6 to 15 people, sometimes reaching 20+ participants. And if you need a private chat, there’s always someone available for a one-on-one conversation. Peer-to-peer support is a cornerstone of our community, so you’ll find plenty of it here.

    Meet Mark, Founder of ManLeigh

    Mark Smith, Founder

“To me, ManLeigh is a passion conceived out of personal experience. The ManLeigh concept was something I came up with during my own recovery from a bereavement.”

ManLeigh is built on empathy based around shared experiences, focusing on your strengths, rather than weaknesses with the goal of achieving wellbeing and recovery. It may be social, emotional or practical support but, importantly, peer support is mutually offered and reciprocal, allowing you to benefit from the support whether you are giving or receiving it.
